Chitral Valley

Chitral is a long, isolated valley in north western corner of Pakistan, the Hindu Kush range, dominated by Tirich Mir, separates it from Afghanistan and the Uzbekistan on the west & north, and the lower Hindu Raj Mountains divide it from the rest of Pakistan on the east & south. Chitral's prime attraction is the Kalash Valley. The Kalash people, who are known as decedents of Alexander the great & who still follow their religion, a mixture of animism and ancestor and fire worship.

6 Days Tour to Chitral Valley

Departure for DIR at 8 a.m. Arrival at DIR at 7 a.m. Overnight stay at DIR in Hotel.

Departure for Bumbirt (Kalash Valley) at 8 a.m. via Lawari Top(10, 500 ft.). Arrival at Bumbirt at 4 p.m. Overnight stay at Bumbrit.

Full day free at Bumbrit. Visit to Karakal village and grave-yard. Rest of the day Free for individual activities. Overnight stay at Bumbrit.

Day visit to Rambur Valley. Another Valley of Kalash. Overnight stay at Bumbrit.

Departure for Chitral at 8.00 a.m. Visit to Shahi Mosque and Fort etc. Departure For DIR at 2 p.m. Arrival and transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at DIR.

Departure for Lahore at 8 a.m. Short stay en-route. Arrival at Lahore.
